POMEGRANATE COSMOPOLITAN
This tasty drink fits perfectly into any
holiday setting. I found the recipe on Kraft
Foods website.
1 pkt. (makes 2 qts.) Pomegranate
Cherry Flavor Drink Mix
1 quart (4 cups) water
2 cups vodka
1 cup light cranberry juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup orange juice
ice cubes if desired
orange slices, cranberries. opt.
Stir drink mix and water in large
pitcher until mix dissolved
Add remaining ingredients, mix well
Pour into martini glasses
Garnish with 1/4 piece of orange
and cranberry if desired
Can be shaken with ice and
strained into glass (optional)
Makes 8 glasses..depends on
how you pour
* I increased the vodka by a cup,
thought it was too sweet otherwise
* my daughter thought instead of
orange juice use 7up
